| Expander |
Description
Coyote Expander is a DirectX plugin that implements
high-quality dynamic range expansion and noise-gate functions. Advanced audio
processing algorithms produce a very clean output, free of artifacts.
Some of the unique features of the Coyote Expander are:
- Choice of amplitude
detection type (peak or RMS)
- Hysteresis and
hold-time adjustments, for the noise-gate
- Handles professional
audio formats, including 16-bit, 24-bit and floating-point, at up to 192 KHz
sampling rate
- Lookahead operation (2
modes), to avoid squashing transients
- Supports
presets
Coyote Expander should
be compatible with any audio application that accepts DirectX plugins. It has
been tested with several of the more popular applications.
